【Never Sleep Alone (1984)】
Just about everything we've seen of the upcoming Solo: A Star Wars Story has been met with the same fan reaction. Uh ... can Never Sleep Alone (1984)we get Lando: A Donald Glover Storyinstead, please?
This was true of the first trailer, where the young Lando — played by actor/writer/director/rapper/comedian Donald Glover — stole the show with a single second of screen time. The rapscallion is at it again in the newly released poster for the movie, where he displays more personality than all six of the other characters taking up most of the frame combined.
SEE ALSO: Donald Glover ate pizza and watched Star Wars after getting the role of LandoMaybe it has something to do with his eye-catching yellow costume. In contrast, Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo and Emilia Clarke as Qi'Ra disappear into the background while dressed in what can only be described as L. L. Bean's new Bland As Hell fashion line.

Then there's the undeniable the swagger just emanating off of Lando in this poster. While Han does his best Standard-Issue Hero Face, Qi'Ra's femme fatale vibe is almost impressively expressionless.

But who knows! It's just a poster. There's hope yet for us to discover the very well hidden personalities of every other character in the movie who isn't Lando.
Ironically, though, it's very much in Lando's character to steal the show out from under his unsuspecting allies. Lando is gonna Lando, and his star is just too bright to get dragged down by his dull surroundings.
Never change, Lando — you slimy, double-crossing, no-good swindler we can't wait to see more of.
